Job Title: Property Litigation Associate
Location: Central London
Salary: £Negotiable / Subject to Experience
PQE: Circa 5 Years
Expanding City law firm are looking for an associate to join their property litigation department to take on a wide range of property dispute resolution and some commercial litigation work including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence, party walls, boundary disputes, collective enfranchisement, adverse possession and trespass etc. It is essential that you have experience dealing with the full range of Landlord and Tenant work including residential possession claims.
