You will join a busy real estate team of 20 lawyers as the specialist in planning & development matters, dealing with areas such as commercial and residential acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and collaborations, leasebacks, site assembly, estate set up and property development finance. You will be expected to have a have an excellent level of technical ability and a good academic background, along with the ability to take part in marketing and business development matters.
