Your new role
As an Associate Care Partner, you will be accountable for the delivery of a highly professional candidate experience from onboarding through to assignment completion and offboarding. This role involves liaising with various departments within Hays to ensure resolution of candidate queries and pay issues. Process management and improvement for your assigned account is integral to this role and will sit within the candidate care partners responsibilities, this is reviewed regularly to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our candidates.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for ambitious, insightful and innovative individuals with impeccable communication skills as you will not only be liaising with our temporary contractor population, but also a wide range of other stake holders. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to professionally deal with a variety of situations whilst being able to provide a service within our contractual SLAs. Prior knowledge of a similar role is desirable but not a necessity as full training will be provided.
