Finance Manager

A well established European manufacturer based in Uxbridge are looking for a hands on Finance Manager to work with the Financial Controller to deliver a first class accounting service to the UK business and overseas parent. Your detailed remit will be:

Review P&L and investigate significant variances to budget
Preparation of cash projections
Balance Sheet Reconcilaition
Multicurrency Bank Reconciliation
Calculation of monthly accruals and prepayments and posting of journal
Preparation of monthly Sales figures for submission to group
Monthly update of Fixed Asset Schedule, calculating depreciation
Preparation of a quartely reporting pack for submission to parent company
Assist in annual budget preparation
Opex forecasting
Intercompany reconcilaitions
Overseeing the Accounts Payable function, including entering cash payments and allocating against relevant invoices.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA / ACMA / ACA) and be looking for a busy, challenging but stable and rewarding environment. You will have a healthy mix of technical accounting and some more commerical business interaction. You will have an natural aptitude to accounting technology including Excel skills to Pivot table / Look Ups / SUMIF's level. Excellent environment with a very achievable bonus
