Interim Property Solicitor

New interim opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to join a Property Investment business in Central London. This is a fast paced environment with multiple transactions ongoing. Your experience will span both Residential and Commercial transactions, most importantly to include both land and asset purchase. An exposure to Corporate work in the form of business purchase and shares is also beneficial.

A flavour of the day to day role is below:

• Experience in handling commercial, residential and land transactions from inception to completion.
• Reviewing leases and contracts for commercial, residential and land acquisitions.
• Drafting and negotiating documents such as SPA, option agreements etc.
• Carrying out title investigation and searches, including but limited to probate matters etc.
• Knowledge of auction contacts and overage provisions.
• Dealing with complex title structures and contentious matters
