Interim HR Business Partner
GBP325 – GBP350p/d *Inside IR35 – Via Umbrella Company
South East London
Contract until April 2022 *Potential for extension depending on Business Needs
*On–site presence required but may include some remote working
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new and exciting opportunity to get involved with a team of like–minded professionals? If so, a South East London client are looking for a professional HR Business Partner to join their team.
The Role:
– It will be necessary for the HR Business Partner to understand the business strategy of the service area.
– Work alongside the Divisional Manager and their teams in identifying workforce issues and developing appropriate business focused HR interventions, and developing the people capability to deliver their business plan
– Develop, recommend and support the implementation of appropriate HR interventions to address the HR issues facing the service area
– To develop strong networks internally and externally to ensure that best practice is applied within the organisation and that opportunities for development and innovation are maximised
Essential:
– Previous and recent NHS experience
– Master's degree or equivalent MCIPD/FCIPD or Evidence of CPD
– Significant experience in human resources, working with managers to deliver high quality HR services
– Significant experience as a senior manager in a large complex organisation
– Significant experience of leading and managing staff
– Significant experience of facilitating and managing change
– Involvement in setting of workforce strategy
