Outside IR35 Interim Business Analyst with Product Breakdown Experience required for a leading organisation in the Midlands (mostly home based) paying GBP425 per day Ltd Co.

Overview

The Business Analyst is to engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs for digital products. They are to work with a team of Business Analysts, Project Manager, Scrum Master, User Researcher and Development team to investigate and solve key business systems–related problems and improve and transform existing digital processes and products.

Responsibilities

– Work with stakeholders to help facilitate product breakdown structure and product breakdown descriptions
– Work very closely with Business Analysts, Product Owner, User Reacher, and Developers, helping ensure the vision and requirements are constantly delivered
– Help define the why and the specific problems which we are looking to address through front end design
– Being a key component in the team, leading the way in continually improving processes and practices, whilst always ensuring value is being delivered along with the best user experience for our customers
– Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to analyse information, define and prioritise requirements, evaluate potential solutions, provide recommendations to stakeholders, and deliver meaningful products

Essential Experience

– Proven track record of delivering customer facing solutions, having worked not only with technical teams but also with Product, Marketing, Design or User Experience teams
– Worked on a range of end to end products
– Experience in facilitating product breakdown structure and product breakdown descriptions
– Experience in converting business requirements and functional/non–functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria to a very high standard
– Proven track record in communicating requirements successfully to the Development team
– Experience in capturing the as–is and to–be process
– Experience in creating BPMN process models to a very high standard
– Experience working with the full software development lifecycle, including both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
