Our client is an established practice in Central London, who are currently seeking an experienced private client lawyer to join their highly regarded team. You will be dealing with the full range of private client work including wills, probate, tax and trusts, Estate administration, including complex, taxable estates, excepted estates and post-death disclaimers and variations; Foundation and administration of Trusts; IHT, CGT and succession planning; LPA's
This role would particularly suit an experienced private client lawyer who is keen to work for an established firm where they can be involved in the development and growth of the private client team. You will be integral to helping take the Private Client to the next level, be involved in business development and managing and supervising more junior fee earners. Excellent opportunity to join an established team, where a following is not essential although obvisoulsy desirable
