Interim Internal Communications Manager

Our client, an FMCG firm with a global profile, is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join its team on an interim basis. This will initially be for a 6–month period.

The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for:
*Driving internal communications for the organisation's functions
*Working with Functional Board Directors to understand needs and provide advice
*Leading the creation and execution of the Functional Internal Comms strategy and
plans
*Ensuring accurate messaging, timing, frequency of communications, and use of
appropriate channels and innovative tools
*Responsibility for budget, resource and time management of projects
*Ensuring plans are in line with the strategic priorities of the Group at all times
*Making sure that relevant information is cascaded to the relevant regions and End
Markets

Internal Communications Manager – what we're looking for:
*A proven track record in Internal Communications working for a global organisation
*Experience within agency/consultancy would be a plus but is not essential
*Demonstrable ability to deliver large scale communications strategy
*Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
*Impeccable written English
