Head of HR / Senior HR Consultant – Remote Working with the likelihood of working from London once or twice a week.
Head of HR – Interim (Outside IR35)
Delighted to be exclusively working in partnership with a business to recruit several senior HR Consultants to deliver change and positively support the strategic direction and vision of the business. This will be an initial 6 months with a hybrid working model. Ideally you will be prepared to travel into London on occasions.
The right candidate will be responsible for making an impact through leading, driving change and the implementation of large transformation, integration, and cultural change projects. You will business partner with all the internal key stakeholders and help drive and influence the strategic direction of the business, making the people agenda a key focus.
The Right Candidate:
* Strong leadership skills
* Proven track record in a Senior HR / Head of / Director position
* Successfully led change / transformation management programmes
* TUPE Experience
* Organisational Design experience
* Strong HR Business partnering skills and capability
* Can bring employees on the journey with you
* Can work to tight deadlines
* Ability to influence and manage key stakeholders
* Conflict resolution experience
* Commercially focused
* Ideally have Financial Services Sector experience
* CIPD Qualified
