A fast growing boutique law firm is currently looking to hire a commercial property lawyer to join the practice on a part time basis. Initially this will be a 6 month contract but has the potential to go permanent.
Rapidly expanding start up law firm is seeking an experienced litigator to deal with contentious property related matters especially landlord and tenant, Housing Act, planning and insurance litigation as well as deal with general practice management for the firm.
Ideally you will have experience including drafting and responding to letters before action, preparing witness statements and other Court documentation as well as ability to research points of law. Execution and case management skills are more important than abstract legal advice.
As this is a part time position 2 to 3 days a week the law firm is very open to PQE level.
