Partner Financial are engaged with a complex global organisation based in West London. Our client is embarking on a significant change within their organisation and are in the market for a Finance Business Partner to support the transformation project.
This role will be instrumental in driving process assessments, mapping, alignment and improvement.
We are specifically looking for an individual capable of effectively communicating at all levels with the ability to identify finance & operational process pinch-points and implement relevant efficiencies. It is essential this individual has previously been involved with ERP system implementation.

The Role:
- Acting as a business partner and building relationships with the newly created division to support them from a financial perspective.
- Maintaining relevant data records to run accurate reports and create detailed analysis.
- Monitoring of key KPI’s and providing insight into performance.
- Seeking to improve processes and procedures where necessary.
- Working with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the senior finance team with ad-hoc tasks when required.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing key individuals.
- Comfortable in relating complex financial strategies to non-financial/operational stakeholders.
- Excellent IT literacy, especially MS Excel.
- Highly organised, with a strong track record of meeting frequent, tight deadlines.
