My client is multi-national business, based in Sussex and looking to bring in an Interim Financial Reporting Manager an initial 6 month contract. They have acquired a number of businesses over the last few years and require some support with the integration.
Description
The role is to support the business with acquisitions and integration post acquisition. This will involve aligning systems, processes and regulatory requirements as well as the following;
Profile
The successful candidate will have ideally worked in a class 1 transaction and supported the business through a deal and also integration. The successful candidate will also have exposure of working in a large, complex, multi-national organisation and be immediately available.
Job Offer
The role is an initial 6 month contract in a global business in Sussex. The role will start ASAP and offers a competitive daily rate.

- Statutory accounts
- Preparation of Monthly Consolidated Accounts
- Implementation of new accounting standards and disclosure requirements
- Acquisition Accounting
- Preparation of Group Working Capital sensitivity Analysis
- Liaison with Accountants/Lawyers
- Working closely with all senior stake holders
- Group Budgeting
- Compliance Management
- IFRS
- USGAAP
- SOX
- Preparation of Monthly Board Packs with Group Reporting
- Updating and communicating Group Accounting Policies
- Advanced excel
