We've partnered with one of the most innovative and exciting PE backed TMT businesses in the world. They are driven by technological advances and the services they provide to their customer base is unparalleled. Driven by a relentless growth via M&A, they have a big task at hand in HR in both integrating the people and processes around them and assessing (Due Diligence) potential acquisitions suitability. As such they are looking for a specialist that can lead on the people focused integration of two major acquisitions, and the DD on a further three targets.
We are looking for a Senior HR professional that will have led the change management initiatives to support mergers, acquisitions, re–organisations and transitions within growing or changing businesses. You will know how to manage workers councils, TUPE processes and be experienced at managing the internal message around the merger and it's integration. Previously you will have led a DD excersize on potential M&A targets. CIPD qualification is required with upwards of 8 years experience within this specific field. TMT experience would be an advantage but is not critical. We are flexible around Day Rate or FTC, so please get in touch to discuss. Somebody that can commit for at least 4–6 months and to a start within the coming days or weeks would be highly preferable.
