Interim Programme Manager

Robertson Bell are pleased to be working with a Health organisation, to recruit several Interim Programme Manager's on initial 3–month contracts. These opportunities are working fully remotely however there will be travel to supplier/customer sites once or twice a month.

As the Interim Programme Manager, you will be working on an exciting large–scale project aiming to introduce and pilot test re–usable and innovative PPE equipment to NHS and wider healthcare organisations. In turn, with the successful delivery of this project will see these organisations be significantly more environmentally friendly.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Lead on the management and delivery of specified projects including scoping, pilot delivery and creating Standard Operating Procedures to support the safe introduction of reusables for hand over to procurement.
• Report to the Programme Director throughout delivery with updates, engagement, risks and issues on specific projects.
• Active as the point of contact for queries and guidance for health and social care colleagues, innovators, suppliers, technical regulatory assurance and other key stakeholders.
• Read and understand the standards/guidance and technical specifications to projects in your remit.

The successful candidate will:

• Have significant Project or Programme Management experience across a range of sectors/organisations and ideally hold a Prince2 certification.
• Be comfortable with working in a change and transformation environment.
• Have the ability to communicate complex matters across all levels.
• Be delivery focused with the ability to remain flexible and adaptable.

This role has been deemed to fall inside IR35 and will be paid through an umbrella company.
