Head of Data and Analytics – Permanent – 100% Remote – GBP70,000 to GBP90,000

My client, is as large non for profit organisation that represents nurses in the UK and internationally and they are looking to recruit a Head of Data and Analytics on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for advising and steering the organisation through the transformation of data, as well as, responsible for shaping and maintaining the future towards a data–driven organisation by utilising the value of enterprise information assets and the analytics used to render insights for decision–making.

You will be responsible for building Centres of Excellence, which will provide the ability to work with customers and members and create valuable, transformative business strategies. This will be achieved through the measurement, manipulation, analysis and business intelligence reporting of structured and unstructured data, across multiple source systems.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in defining a Data & Analytics Transformation Programme and prioritising the Roadmap from idea to value with key stakeholders, experience of driving improvements utilising the value of enterprise information assets and analytics used to render insights for decision–making.

Experience of manipulating, analysing, measuring and business intelligence reporting of structured and unstructured data to inform future strategies and developing and managing a digital transformation programme, as well as, experience of manipulating, analysing, measuring and business intelligence reporting of structured and unstructured data to inform future strategies.

What you'll get in return
Salary GBP70,000 – GBP90,000 depending on experience + great benefits including remote working.
