Head of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment - Private Equity

This role is an essential part in their strategy dedicated to bringing on–board and nurturing talent, both within the firm but also into the companies within their portfolio.

The candidate will work directly with hiring managers to define new roles up to and including C–Suit. They will use various strategies including partnering with agencies to find the best talent and then will then manage a first–class hiring experience.

To assist, a junior recruitment position will be advertised at the same time.

The Role

• Proactively manage network of top /senior talent within the firm's European remit.
• Lead on executive recruitment for the firm and across the portfolio
• Manage vendor relationships
• Support portfolio company recruitment
• Develop recruitment talent within the portfolio
• Conduct interviews
• Provide a sounding board on delicate talent decision making.

The Candidate

• 10+ years recruitment experience ideally in small technology, fin–tech or linked buy side firms.
• Proven organisation skills
• Proven ability to partner to C Suit / Senior Executives
• Knowledge of Salary Bench–marking and analytics
• Knowledge of European Recruitment and GDPR
