* This is a fully remote role though the preference is to find someone who can commute to London x2 per month on average.
This is a superb opportunity to join a fast–growing tech start–up who specialise in AI/IoT to improve and optimise manufacturing performance. This is a global business with teams across UK, Pakistan and India. They have already seen a 224% increase in growth this year. The business has already secured GBP2.6million in funding as they work towards achieving Series A by June 2022.
We are now looking to hire their first Head of HR/ HR Director to join the senior leadership team. This is a highly autonomous, independent role that will see you own and nurture every aspect of employee relations. From talent acquisition, to people/performance management, L&D and designing/implementing business strategies.
The CEO and one of the Co–Founders are based in the Southeast of the UK, along with the current sales team. The technical R&D teams are spread across Pakistan and India.
What experience you'll need;
* Extensive HR generalist background in an SME environment along with experience developing a global people culture.
* Industry experience in industrial automation, tech start–ups or manufacturing is beneficial.
* Experience working within a high–growth, fast–paced environment working with global teams.
* Experience advising on and using a range of recruitment strategies and techniques to meet the needs of an expanding business, particularly experience of building high performing teams with pro–active recruitment strategies.
* Ability to work under own autonomy and collaborate as part of a senior management team.
* Excellent communication skills, with ability to liaise across all business levels.
* CIPD qualification.
