Interim Finance Business Partner

Large, nationally based PLC is recruiting an Interim Finance Business partner for 3–6 months.

Your new company
Large, multi site PLC providing a range of professional, civil engineering, construction and maintenance services.

Your new role
Working as part of the senior finance team, you'll take day to day responsibility for two large contracts with a combined annual turnover of around GBP100M. You'll provide financial analysis and insight to the leadership team driving performance improvement and strategic growth. Whilst maintaining governance and financial rigour within the contracts, you'll champion and drive process improvement and efficiencies, challenging the norm and looking to improve the contracts financial performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experience finance business partner always looking for performance improvement opportunities, and clearly able to articulate and explain complex operational concepts and financial impacts to both finance and non finance staff.

What you'll get in return
Initial 3–6 months temporary contract with potential for an extension. Hybrid working, predominantly home based.
