My client, a medium–sized design and manufacturing business based in Worcestershire, is interested in recruiting Interim Finance Process Specialist (SAP) to support the Finance Director with reviewing and implementing new financial processes using SAP.

Location: Worcestershire (hybrid working)

Contract length: 3–6 months ongoing

Contract hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: GBP500–GBP550 per day

Key responsibilities for the Interim Finance Process Specialist (SAP)

Review finance and system processes whilst identifying and mapping areas for improvement
Assess feasibility of business process changes and recommend new approaches based on evidence
Identify appropriate project stakeholders and develop and maintain engagement at all stages of the requirements process
Identify control points and checks, KPIs and who is responsible and has authority over key business processes
Advise and drive the standardisation of process across around operating procedures, controls and training needs
Ensure the Finance team receives appropriate training and training materials in respect of the Finance systems

Essential Requirements

You will need to be a qualified or QBE finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience in reviewing, implementing and updating processes using SAP
Strong understanding of IT systems including Excel and Visio
