About you

• Driven with considerable consumer retail experience.
• Self-starter with proven strategy creation, implementation and execution.
• 5+ years digital marketing experience
• Deep understanding of Instagram/Twitter/TikTok marketing

Responsibilities

• Create strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI
• Lead campaigns end-to-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking, and reporting
• Day-to-day management of online campaigns across social media channels including (but not limited to): paid social, organic search, content, email
• Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy
• Lead overall website conversion rate optimization and create and develop a landing page improvement strategy
• ??????Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure reasonable cost per acquisition.
• Use web analytics and tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns
• Champion results-driven decision-making
• Think strategically and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance
