A leading, nationally recognised law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join their Surrey based Corporate team. Clients range from private individuals and owner managed businesses to multi-national corporations, public companies, professional partnerships, banks and financial institutions.

The Role

The successful Corporate Lawyer will:

• Work within a busy team advising businesses of all sizes as well as management teams, shareholders, investors and lenders.
• Work primarily with clients in the technology, private wealth, life sciences, property, retail and fashion sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate currently based in a highly regarded local practice or looking to relocate from London without compromising on the quality of work or progression opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• NQ+ years' PQE gained at a reputable firm
• Experience and a demonstrable interest in Corporate Law
• Strong academic background
• Able to work well in a team
