Legal Counsel

We are working exclusively with a major hospitality/facilities company, which services international organisations and employs almost half a million people worldwide, in their search for a 3+ PQE Commercial Lawyer to join their Group Legal Team, overseeing high value, business-critical commercial contracts across their varied sectors.

The Role

Reporting into the Group Legal Director, the Legal Counsel will support the wider business units in negotiating and drafting high value, international commercial contracts including procurement, tech, broker agreements and supply agreements.

This position will truly touch on all areas of the business, offering superb opportunities to gain experience in a multinational organisation with a strong track record for career development.

The Person

You will be a 3+ PQE Commercial Lawyer with strong contracts experience, ideally with good procurement knowledge. The position will suit a lawyer looking to gain experience in international matters and who is keen to take control of high value contracts, looking for exposure to a range of industries at once.
