The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll actively identify and generate new business opportunities to grow our income and raise the profile of our brand.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, you'll proactively chase potential leads and champion our brand and services, meeting agreed sale targets.
You'll keep well informed of our competitors and their products so you can highlight exactly how we stand out from the crowd when attending client sales meetings. You will also provide weekly sales reports to the Managing Director.
About You
To join us as a Business Development Manager, you will need:
– At least two years' experience in an industrial sales role
– A proven track record of proactively generating new business
– Exceptional relationship development skills
– The ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
– Good IT skills
– A full, valid driving licence
