Salary: GBP70–GBP80k plus Share Options, Unlimited Holiday & Other Great Bens

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will be a valued person delivering excellent hiring practices and world–class data to an engaged and supportive business as part of the journey to positively impact the future of the country by using technology to improve society, for everyone.
Responsibilities include:
In this role you will be empowered to:
Design, deliver and embed best–in–class Talent acquisition processes and projects, ensuring regional perspectives are incorporated into the design and implementation of TA programs.
This includes:
- Design a reporting suite for senior leaders using the ATS (Workable)
- Optimise the current TA technology stack and staying ahead of the curve with the latest in TA tech
- Manage the entire TA tech stack (ATS, Jobs boards, Screening) and vendor relationships, service levels and agreements
- Design processes to underpin excellent TA practice and enable the team to scale and expand at speed
- Create workflows for all TA processes and work with Head of TA and leadership to continuously improve practices to ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Support in the design and on–going management of Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand – being fully handed–over from marketing
- Continuously improve our recruitment processes to ensure world–class candidate and hiring manager experience
Experience & Skills Required:
It would be great if you have:
- Experience working in a matrix organisation, ideally a consultancy
- Understanding of the Talent Acquisition process and how it supports a business
- Helpful Qualification: Six Sigma certification and/or relative project management/process improvement experience
- Knowledge of Google suite
- Knowledge in project planning methodologies
- Change management experience
- You communicate clearly. You can change your style to suit the audience. You ask great questions to get to the heart of the issue
