Our client is a highly successful FTSE Two Fifty organisation looking to appoint a new HR Director/Chief People Officer to join their team in Birmingham.
As HR Director you will benefit from:

Duties as HR Director will include:
Overall strategic responsibility for HR
Managing the HR Function
Implementing & developing new modern functions to the company
Negotiating employment agreements for new staff
Liaising with the board to implement target operating structure
Developing training, performance reviews etc for staff
Managing budgets
Ensuring all policies and procedures for employment law are kept updated
What the company are looking for:
CIPD Qualification Level 7 or equivalent
Strong previous experience as a HR Director/Chief People Officer
Excellent communication & people skills
Knowledge of relevant HR/Employment law legislation.
