Seeking an experienced Business Analyst Manager/Lead Business Analyst to manage a high-performing, supportive and inclusive team of 7 Business Analysts working on global technology programmes. Ultimately you will be responsible for ensuring the Business Analyst team are supported to enable successful delivery of projects whilst also taking on the business analysis role on some projects with the role running for 12 months from Jan 2022.

- Ability to provide direction and technical leadership to the team on complex, high-impact projects in all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring best practice is followed
- Ability to handle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Has the ability to operate effectively with a limited level of direct supervision
Management
- Supervises team to ensure that the duties they are undertaking are carried out in a timely manner and projects are progressing as expected
- Manages personnel details to include reviews, coaching and development
- Works closely with the team to track resource allocation and utilisation for assigned projects
- Manages and/or escalates issues to the Head of Project Management, as needed
- Provides and shares knowledge, experience, and ideas to the team to support the team's continuous improvement
Business Analysis
- Liaises with and support all stakeholders, project team members and vendors in the successful delivery of the business outcome
- Identifies, sets up and runs workshops with business stakeholders, technology team members and vendors to elicit/communicate requirements and manages the requirements through the life cycle of the project
- Creates and maintains any supporting materials that reinforce or support the transition to the desired business outcome (eg process flows, wireframes, data analysis)
- Work with the business and test team to prioritise defects and support testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing
Experience required
- Previous experience as the lead business analyst on global projects incl. analysing, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements
- Experience of managing and motivating a team of Business Analysts to deliver great outcomes across a wide range of high-profile projects and programmes
- Previous experience writing requirements in a user story format supported with acceptance criteria in the form of a behaviour (BDD)
- Experience of working in a service-orientated organisation
