Established practice in Hertfordshire seeks a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a permanent, full–time basis
Joining a busy CQS accredited team in Hertford full–time, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise to provide high quality advice and service on all aspects of residential property matters. Additionally, the successful lawyer will build and maintain long–lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities
Freehold and leasehold transactions
Sales and purchases
Buy to let
Re–mortgages
Shared ownership
New builds
Preparing draft contracts
Liaising with clients and external professionals
The Candidate
Solicitors, legal executives and licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 8 years' PQE
Technically proficient in residential conveyancing
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills
IT literate
Highly organised, working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strives for high standards in their work
