This role is with a globally leading media investment company. This role sits within the central UK finance team working closely with the Senior Financial Controller as well as the Agency Commercial teams.
Initially to join the team on a 6 month contract with a possibility of turning permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Month end processes
- Calculation of accruals and preparation of journals
- Prepare monthly Management Accounts
- Monthly reporting with variance analysis
- Monthly & quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Review of monthly payroll and reconciliation to rolling budget
- Consolidating all reports/P&L and reconciling the retained earnings
- Assist with year-end audit
- Prepare and submit the quarterly and year-end packages
- Business partnering with business on a regular basis to collecting inputs from department heads to understand detail and feed into the rolling forecast and annual budgeting process
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Ad hoc projects as directed by FC or Finance Leads
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified / Part Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or qualified by experience
- Strong communication & relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
