Talent Partner embedded recruitment model

Operating within some of the largest and most successful private sector businesses in the UK and globally and with more business wins in the pipeline, this is an exciting time to join our Talent Partnering business.

This is not a pure delivery role, we work with our clients to develop EVP, work on communication plans, work alongside hiring managers on workforce planning and drive an agile approach to skills profiles. The role is remote of the client in the main, operating from our offices in Bristol but we are flexible on location. You will be tasked with visiting your client as often as plausible but frequency is determined by demand rather than function.

You will operate as one of their team, branded as them and utilising there ATS and marketing teams. All roles will be within Tech and they will be operating within Government and/or Defence and as such you will work across the security cleared domain.

Your role will be either as part of a team operating internally or leading a team internally, we are driven by growth not by specific role type and are therefore open to all applications from a recruitment perspective. You do not necessarily have to have a tech background as that can be taught and you will be supported heavily by our Head of Talent Partnering and the wider team.

You will manage a supply chain and coordinate regular supply and hiring manager dialogue to ensure we are engaging productively with our whole market.
