Financial Controller (Funds) - Asset Management (Venture)

Senior Financial Controller position for the venture capital arm of one of the UK's leading asset management firms.

The role reports directly into the Head of Fund Finance and will include not just fund control and operations work but also exposure to senior stakeholders and investors. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years fund accounting experience (within private equity or venture capital), have had experience of presenting to senior management and have managed a team (be that 1-2 people or more).

The role is incredibly broad with no day the same. There is an experienced team in place that this person will manage and as such the majority of the core accounting will be review work. The rest of the role will be business partnering with the other teams including; investment team, investor relations teams and portfolio managers.
