Job description:

Morgan Philips are working with a central London based client who are searching for a strong internal commercial Recruitment Business Partner to join them for 6 to 12 months with a view to perm. This a new role for the organisation which will be tasked with recruiting senior UK based hires with a global remit. The role will pay GBP65,000pa base plus benefits.

The role of Recruitment Business Partner will be suitable for a seasoned 360 internal recruiter who has a strong direct sourcing background. You will be innovative with your sourcing techniques and should leave no stone unturned when it comes to business critical senior hires. You will have strong stakeholder skills acting as a Business Partner first and foremost and should have a considered, credible approach. This role will be a 360 role therefore you should be used to managing the recruitment process from start to finish including behavioural and competency based interviewing.
