Business Development Manager – West Lothian
Our client is looking for experienced Business development Manager (BDM) to join their business that specialises in Construction Products. They are offering a competitive basic salary and the opportunity to earn a good commission.

Our client is a specialist supplier of concrete forming and insulation systems to the construction industry.
The Position:
Due to continued growth our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand their ability to sell their products to the construction industry.
They are offering a competitive salary and commission structure commensurate with skills and experience and a good opportunity to develop and grow in an expanding market segment.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and cultivate new prospects and business opportunities
* Liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, rectifying any issues as they arise
* Attend and exhibit at trade shows throughout the year both nationally and internationally
* Staff management and scheduling (inc holiday scheduling, payroll etc)
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years working in a similar role, preferably in the construction sector
* Ability to work under pressure and in a target driven environment
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to challenge others to improve their performance
* Full UK Driving Licences with use of own vehicle to travel to sites
The Location:
The role is based in West Lothian but will involve travelling to trade shows and construction sites.
