THE ROLE
- An experienced Banking Solicitor is required for this top tier Newcastle team
- You will be working alongside the rest of the team, acting for financial institutions as well as corporate and individual clients, advising on all manner of banking and finance related matters including refinancing, acquisition finance, property and development finance and strategic planning
- The team is on a number of lender panels, and also advise a broad base of borrower clients ranging from SMEs to listed companies

THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive equivalent with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- You will be looking for an Associate or Senior Associate level position within banking law
- You must be technically able, and have experience advising clients on a range of banking and finance matters to include financing, acquisition finance, property and development finance and strategic planning
