We're looking for a Head of Compliance and Operational Excellence on permanent basis to remotely with access to our London and Luton offices
A day in the life of a Head of Compliance and Operational Excellence at Guidant Global includes???
Playing a critical role in the establishment, administration, and execution of compliance activities across our portfolio of Managed Service customers, suppliers, and internal teams. As a leader within Global Managed Service's Centre of Excellence, the manager will establish best practice, policy, and strategies for strengthening compliance in the business. This includes the implementation and enforcement of legislative, contractual, and program requirements across the Impellam Group brands and customer solutions.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
Manage audit/inspection activities for transactional compliance activities including supplier on–boarding audit, rate adherence, and insurance coverages.
Partner with implementation project management to embed compliance best practices for customer solution development and set–up for regulatory and policy requirements
Manage special projects and compliance initiatives for customer and company stakeholders
Provide subject matter expertise to customers and employees on critical topics such as IR35, AWR, data privacy, etc.
Increase the business's knowledge of legislation and compliance best practice
Build compliance reporting framework
Creation and delivery of compliance and regulatory training
Research the external marketplace relevant to recruitment legislation.
Lead, coach, and develop employees to ensure Promises and targets are consistently met/exceeded and the highest levels of customer service are achieved.
Ensure talent management processes such as Promise Based Management are fully embedded including development and career planning.
Undertake regular individual and team meetings to ensure that all members of the team are motivated and challenged to deliver outstanding performance.
In conjunction with Talent Acquisition, recruit and select best talent.
Be the escalation point for customer/client/candidate and people grievances and manage in accordance with policy and procedures. Escalate further where requiredWhat we're looking for
Significant experience and responsibility managing legislative and corporate compliance within the Recruitment or similar Industry
