Real Estate Solicitor - Top 100 Firm - Flexible Working
A fantastic opportunity has appeared at a leading commercial law firm in Manchester city centre. The role would be suited to a Solicitor with at least 5 Years' PQE with experience of dealing with their own Commercial Property transactions and capable of running your own unsupervised caseload. This role will ideally suit an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor.
The role will be working on some of the North West's & the UK's largest transactions with FTSE listed corporations and blue chip companies. You will be working with clients across the industrial, logistics and commercial sectors. You will be dealing with transactional real estate matters with a mix of sales & purchase, landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals as well as development matters. There will be supervision provided by a Legal 500 listed Partner who will offer their expertise on any complex transactions however you will also have support of a Junior Solicitor & Paralegal whom you will need to supervise.
Despite being a commercial law firm there will be a relaxed working atmosphere with plenty of autonomy to work as you please with flexible working & remote working. Many of the team are still working from home, so there is a very grown up approach to ensure you are working in the most efficient way possible.
Salary will be based on PQE level however will likely fall between the £45,000- £80,000 range with added benefits such as remote working, pension, generous holiday allowance, charitable days off, travel insurance, health insurance and a bonus.
