The Company

A leading Residential Main Contractor who have a huge portfolio of exisiting and upcoming resdiential schemes ranging from GBP30m–GBP80m. Mainly RC Frame Mid to High Rise. This is based in my clients office in Watford but this will include remote working and they will be flexible on this.

Duties

  • This position is responsible for leading and coaching the customer service team to deliver excellent service and to consistently achieve and exceed customer satisfaction KPIs. This will also include aftercare service and defects management.
  • You will have full autonomy, working alongside the production team to discuss any build issues and liaising with the Managing Director. The salary on offer is ranging from GBP85,000–GBP95,000 + Car Allowance + Private Health + Bonus opportunity.
  • Ensure that all reported defects are correctly evaluated and resolved within the terms of the relevantcontract and in budget.
  • Ensure the effective management of all contracted properties during the defects liability period, including the satisfactory resolution of all relevant defects in order to facilitate the prompt release of
  • the MGDC and retention release.
  • Facilitate excellent communication between the client and all internal and external service providers
  • to effectively manage the client's expectations and anticipate and take action to address issues as
