Your new role
This is an exciting role for an experienced Financial Manager to implement their extensive accounting experience and will cover a wide range of responsibilities and will cover a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for ensuring accurate tax reporting, filings and audits are complete and are compliant with HMRC requirements.
• Manage and develop all finance systems.
• Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare, co–ordinate and monitor budgets, monthly management accounts and reports on a timely basis for the senior management of the company.
• Formulate and implement financial policies in accordance with IFRS and CSK requirements.
• Co–ordinate CPU's operational plans, monitoring performance against and providing feedback and support where needed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need be a highly capable qualified accountant with strong technical accounting skills and line management experience, the role will put your decision making and the launching of financial planning systems. So, you will need to be able to demonstrate the capability to work within a lean environment whilst Overseeing day to day finances in line with company strategy and policies.
