Investment Associate - Infrastructure, Timberland and Farmland

They’re looking for an Investment Associate with experience in Infrastructure, Timberland and Farmland to join their Alternatives Investment Team.

The role will be supporting the Portfolio Manager in all aspects of portfolio management including monitoring / analysis / reporting of key metrics and underwriting of new fund and direct investments. The position will be working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. investment risk, investment operations, compliance, legal and finance) as well as external managers and co-investors.

Their ideal applicant will have relevant experience of infrastructure and / or timberland and farmland assets from within the investment management industry along with experience and knowledge of evaluating investment opportunities. This role required the incumbent to be able to communicate, promote and articulate ideas to different groups of stakeholders, both internally and externally and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
