Bronzegate are supporting a cutting edge manufacturing business in their search for an Interim CFO. Having shown impressive year on year growth they have just secured Private Equity investment which will see them embark on the next stage of their ambitious journey. We are looking to appoint a CFO with significant transformation experience in a complex, high volume business and under Private Equity ownership. You will work alongside the board and new investors to rebuild finance systems and processes with a particular focus on the following:-
FP&A – establishing KPI’s and implementing reporting and analysis that will guide decision making.
Finance Systems – maximising the potential of a new ERP system.
Controls and Processes – working with the finance teams to establish best practice.
This is an initial 6-month assignment with the potential for a permanent role.
