In your new Operations Director role you'll be working with major data centre clients around UK&I to actively influence how they maximise their energy efficiency, ensuring your teams delivery excellent, commercially viable service, all whilst getting a seat at our leadership table. It's a big job but you'll be supported by a team of around 20 direct reports who are made up of Engineering and Service Operations Managers who all have regional teams under them.
You'll be involved in our service delivery from tender stage, through mobilisation to ongoing execution, taking charge of P&L, developing profitability and collaborating with customers to increase satisfaction. This is working for a global BMS leader so the technology is top of the range, and you're going to be the human face of it.
Given the senior nature of the Operations Director role we will be looking for you to have experience leading engineering teams within the BMS or construction industry at a nationwide level and be confident liaising with C–level enterprise customers. A background servicing data centres would be a bonus.
