Established practice in the Harpenden area seeks a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a permanent basis.

Joining our client's CQS accredited team in Hertfordshire, the successful lawyer will have the skills and expertise to oversee the day–to–day management of staff members alongside managing a busy, varied caseload of residential property transactions. Passionate about business development you will identify possible opportunities and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Sales and purchases
Re–mortgages
Transfers of equity
Investment properties
New builds
Equity release
Management of a team
Participating in business development initiatives
The Candidate

Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
Technically proficient in residential conveyancing
Highly organised, able to work well under pressure
Possesses strong supervisory and mentoring skills
Strives for high standards in their work
Demonstrate an aptitude for business development activities
