The ReEntry Program offers Vice Presidents or Associates (or equivalent), who left the workforce to pursue other ventures, the support and resources needed to resume their careers. The ReEntry Program also provides you with opportunities for networking and mentorship.
The ReEntry Program is a 15–week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Asset Wealth Management Operations business.

Operations teams develop and manage innovative, secure service solutions to meet clients' needs globally. Developing and using the latest technology, teams work to deliver industry–leading capabilities to our clients and customers, making it easy and convenient to do business with the firm. Teams also drive growth by refining technology–driven customer and client experiences that put users first, providing an unparalleled experience.
What We Look For
Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex strategies in an organized and articulate manner and have relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.
The candidates' background and interest will determine where they will be placed within our AWM business. Individuals with previous experience operating at VP or Associate level (or equivalent) in one or more of the AWM/Corporate Functions are encouraged to apply.
AWM will consider candidates who have been involved in entrepreneurial, non–for–profit, part–time or consultancy efforts while on their career break.
