Recruitment Business Partner

Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Recruitment Business Partner for a leading retailer. This role is supporting on Head Office recruitment so experience in this is essential.

You will lead the recruitment for crucial roles, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business and ensuring the recruitment process is managed with pace, attention to detail and focus on developing an exceptional candidate experience.

Working autonomously, with opportunities to shape new ways of working, you will bring demonstrable experience of a proactive approach which ensures not only engaging the best talent but also minimising the time to hire and realising substantial cost saving.

Ideally you will have worked in an in–house recruitment role, with diverse experience of managing recruitment for a broad variety of roles at different levels within specialist functions.

Experienced in working within challenging markets to source and attract the best talent you will bring a creative and innovative approach to recruitment marketing, selecting resourcing channels and direct sourcing.

As this is a 12 month fixed term contract role, being able to develop relationships effectively across the business quickly will be essential to the role.

This role will be hybrid working.
