* This includes the provision of an effective specialist HR consultancy service to all managers through ensuring strong employee relations business focussed HR policies and procedures and the provision of comprehensive advice and practical implementation of all HR matters such as, change management, employee relations, development and interpretation of policies and procedures, recruitment and retention, performance management and organisational development
* Provision of advice on workforce and succession planning, job and department design;
* Assistance with and implementation of change management and service improvement projects
What you'll need to succeed
* CIPD qualified
* Extensive experience of providing generalist HR advice within complex multi–site, multi–disciplined, unionised environments
* Experience of change management, TUPE, OD
* Experience of recruitment and selection processes, including assessment centres, interviewing and feedback
