Land Development/Planning Solicitor

Our client is seeking an experienced solicitor to further expand their long established practice acting for land owners and developers in connection with the sale, purchase, and related issues (eg planning, infrastructure etc.) of land for development.

The role will involve drafting and advising on all kinds of planning matters including s Agreements, planning appeals, applications, compulsory purchase, and all associated advice arising from the Real Estate division across the firm's multiple offices.

The successful candidate will have several years' experience of this niche sector and be interested in developing their career further with a market leading practice. An outgoing and friendly personality is needed as well as a willingness to devote time to proactive building of relationships with fellow professionals including land agents and builders.
