In-House Legal Counsel is required for a prestigious software company on a three month fixed term contract starting in December 2021 with hybrid or full remote working on offer.
The ideal candidate will be In-House Legal Counsel with exposure handling a full range of commercial contracts.
The role will include: * Providing commercial contracts legal support for the activities of Sales, Procurement, Professional Services and Marketing for the business. * Provided end to end commercial contract support from ITTs and draft contract to final version, in conjunction with internal clients, while identifying and assessing legal risk for each contract and advising accordingly; to include NDAs, license agreements, sales agreement and other contracts. * Assist with the implementation of contractual processes for the department and the company to achieve efficiency's and to improve internal customer service. * Provide advice on ad hoc legal issues with due consideration and balance for the commercial environment in which the company operates.
You will be able to work both independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Salary £65,000 - £75,000 per annum (full-time equivalent) with remote or hybrid working on offer with the role.
