Commercial Finance Manager
Ignata Finance are recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager on a 12month basis for a nationwide household name based in West Sussex. This is a highly commercial role, focusing on wider effects on the newly created budget and business partnering with senior stakeholders, while providing effective trend analysis.
The role covers all aspects of financial, planning, performance, management, and improvement within the business function.
The role manages a small number of business partners and will be working alongside the other Managers and supporting broader functional objectives as necessary.

Salary - £75k-100k dependent on experience
Location – Littlehampton , 2-3 days remote working

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure that robust financial planning and forecasting is in place, and support and challenge senior management to develop and deliver plans that ensure their financial targets will be met
- Ensure the provision of timely and accurate financial and operational management information
- Provide the financial interface between operational decisions and wider finance
- Ensure compliance with financial processes and procedures
Skills and experience required:
- Degree educated and professional accounting qualification with demonstrable finance experience
- Credible finance expertise, with a breadth of experience across all areas of the function
- Experience of ensuring best practices of accounting and reporting
- Experience of business process analysis and improvement
- Commercially astute, with a proven ability to combine business understanding with financial insight in a practical and solution-oriented way
- Experience of partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Experience of effectively managing and developing people
