Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor in Derbyshire looking to join one of the region's best–regarded law firms as its Head of Residential Conveyancing?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a highly reputable multi–service Derbyshire–based law firm, within its Derby office.
As an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, you will oversee the Residential Property department as a whole and be involved in the continued development and growth of the team. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting the junior members across the department and continue to develop new and existing client relationships.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor with a strong residential property/conveyancing background. You will ideally have managed a residential conveyancing team previously and have solid experience of handling an array of property transactions, including sale & purchase, leasehold & freehold, shared ownership, right and help to buy, remortgage etc.
This is a real opportunity to develop your managerial skill set, be involved in developing an already well–established department and work closely with senior management.
