We are delighted to be partnering with this leading construction business who have a Regional HR Business Partner role opportunity available to start in January. Covering the East of England and South Wales it is expected to be for at least 6 months.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this is a true generalist HRBP role where you will be involved in the full remit across engagement, talent and succession. You must have proven stakeholder management skills in order to be successful in this role which will require you to build you credible and lasting building relationships where you will be a key catalyst in influencing and driving change within the business. It is essential that you have been involved in post acquisition work and comfortable with harmonising contracts, TUPE and other transformation pieces.

We are seeking a commercial HR professional who have hands–on, practical approach and can thrive in a busy and diverse environment applying a good sense of humour and a 'human' element to their HR approach. You will be expected to do extensive travel across the UK and there could be the chance of overnight stays.

HR Business Partner – About you.
You will need to have experience of working within a fast paced environment, construction, manufacturing or FMCG would be highly advantageous
A sound commercial awareness will be key
Demonstrable skills in terms of up skilling and coaching managers
The ability to multi tasks and prioritise, all the time working at pace
CIPD qualified or equivalent
A true generalist HR Business Partner background
